Abstract

This study dealt with the importance of the six hats method of thinking in managing meetings at the NAFTAL Corporation in Biskra, to find out the objectives of the research, we used a data collection form that was distributed to a sample of (33) employees. and the program (SPSS) was used in the statistical analysis of the data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant significance of the thinking style according to the six hats in managing meetings. The study also reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the emphasis on the most vital element in the success of the thinking method according to the six hats in managing meetings, which is the human element, which requires great attention from the institution, the institution's focus on the thinking style, and conducting more research and field studies on the thinking relationship The Six Hats and Managing Meetings
