dc.description.abstract | The aim of the current study: educational leadership styles and their relationships with achievement motivation among primary education teachers of El-Meghaier municipality: -Verifying the existence of a correlation between the three educational leadership styles (the democratic style, the dictatorial style, and the passive style) and the motivation for achievement among primary education teachers of El-Meghaier municipality. -To identify the differences (professional experience, gender) of educational leadership styles and achievement motivation for teachers. The study was conducted on a sample estimated at 120 male and female teachers from the primary stage of El-Meghaier municipality in 22 primary schools. The sample was chosen randomly, and to test the hypotheses, the researcher designed a questionnaire for educational leadership styles And the achievement motivation questionnaire and its psychometric characteristics were verified by calculating the stability using the Alpha Cronbach method, and it was estimated at: 0.86, and the validity at: 0.92 SPSSV22 Data The researcher used the statistical package. The results of the study resulted in: -There is a correlation between the democratic educational leadership style and achievement motivation among primary education teachers. -There is an inverse correlation between the dictatorial leadership style and achievement motivation among primary school teachers. -There is no relationship between the passive educational leadership style and achievement motivation among primary education teachers. -There are no statistically significant differences for the style of educational leadership and achievement motivation according to the variable of gender and professional experience of primary education teachers. | en_US |
