dc.description.abstract | This study was concerned with the topic of the implications of human resource development on time management in the institution - a field study on the employees of Mohammed Khider University of Biskra. - The study aimed to reveal the impact of the application of human resources development mechanisms (training and formation, organizational learning, knowledge and intellectual capital management, development of administrative leaders, performance management) on the existence or absence of time wastes related to processes (organization, planning, communication, guidance, control), in addition to identifying the specifications of the human element constituting this institution. - The simple random sample was relied on where the number of members of the sample reached 226 individuals, and the researcher used in his study the descriptive analytical method, and also chose to collect field data questionnaire form. As for the results of the study, they were as follows: - There is a statistically significant correlation with the processes (training and formation) in controlling the time wastage associated with the organization. -There is a statistically significant correlation between the organizational learning process and its role in eliminating planning time wastage. -There is a statistically significant correlation with the two processes (knowledge management and intellectual capital) in eliminating communication time wastes. -There is a statistically significant correlation between the development of management leadership and its role in reducing time wastage for guidance. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the performance management process and its role in controlling control time wastage for censorship. - The general premise of the study was thus realized : Human resources development mechanisms contribute positively to time management within the organization. | en_US |
