dc.description.abstractThe current study titled: Psychological security and self-efficacy among victims of school bullying, a field study in some secondary schools in the city of barika, aimed to identify the level of psychological security among victims of school bullying, and identifying if there is a difference in the arrangement of the dimensions of psychological security among the sample members, and identify The level of self-efficacy, and reveal whether there is a relationship between psychological security and self-efficacy among victims of school bullying, and examining the significance of the differences for psychological security and self-efficacyaccording to the variable (gender, academic level). In the line with the nature of the objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive approach. The study was conducted on a sample of (97) male and female students who were intentionally selected from victims of school bullying in some secondary schools in the city of barika. A set of questionnaire and tools was applied to them, represented in: the bully/victim questionnaire by Dan Olweus, translated by the researcher, and the psychological security scale by Zainab. Choukair and the self-efficacy scale by Ralph Schwarzer, arabized by (Al-mansour). The study yielded the following results: • The level of psychological security is average among victims of school bullying. • There is a difference in the arrangement of the dimensions of psychological security among victims of school bullying. • The level of self-efficacy is average among victims of school bullying. • There is a correlation between psychological security and self-efficacy among victims of school bullying. • There are differences in the level of psychological security among victims of school bullying due to the gender variable in favor of males. • There are differences in the level of self-efficacy among victims of school bullying due to the gender variable in favor of males. There are differences in the level of psychological security among victims of school bullying due to the variable of academic level applicable to third-year secondary school students who are victims of school bullying. • There are differences in the level of self-efficacy among victims of school bullying due to the variable of academic level applicable to third-year secondary school students who are victims of school bullying.en_US
