dc.description.abstractThrough this study, we dealt with the role of administrative leadership as an imperative necessity for the organization, which needs to solve the problems in which it flounders, the most important of which is administrative corruption as a deep and entrenched phenomenon in all different societies and to varying degrees of limit and spread. Therefore, the study –the administrative leadership and its role in reducing the phenomenon of administrative corruption- took into account both siblings from several aspects though the field study, where the leadership methods, skills, features and leadership characteristics that characterize the leader were highlighted and that may affect positive or negatively in the characteristics and personalities of subordinates and the goals of the organization. The problem of the study was added as follows: does the administrative leadership have a role in reducing the phenomenon of administrative ? Based on the comprehensive survey sample of all permanent administrative workers as best suited to the topic of the study, we used the analytical descriptive curriculum. We also used th form as a tool to collect data that serves the study’s objectives. The study concluded a number of findings and proposals to adhere to them that contribute to adhere to them that contribute to enabling the management leadership to reduce the phenomenon of administrative corruption and can be summarized in the following point: - Consider the salaries and entry of employees so that they are not vulnerable to the deviations and temptation that lead them to indulge in corruption practices. - Establishing supervisory bodies to combat administrative corruption that have broad powers in there field of work, are equipped with sufficient capabilities and select the most efficient and best human element. - Developing the controls, rules, regulations and procedures most vulnerable to administrative corruption by re- codifying and developing their controls. - That the mechanisms and procedures of work and planning are characterized by simplicity, clarity and lack of complexity. - Granting training opportunities to working individuals, which achieves justice and clarity in the selection of individuals away from favoritism and bribery. - Attention to the development of a system of incentives and rewards of working individuals that ensures an atmosphere of job satisfaction. - Holding training courses on work ethics monitor and organize the decision- making process and distribute work to employs in thoughtful manner while developing accountability corrupt practices and improving service. - Adopt the principle of efficiency in recruitment to get rid of corrupt elements. - Provide effective channels to enable citizens to raise complaints related to inadequate services, unfair treatment and complaints against corruption.en_US
