dc.description.abstract | The human element is one of the most important forces affecting the efficiency of the organization and the greatest impact on its movement, which requires the management of human resources to search for its resources to maximize the benefit from them. Proceeding from this proposition, we discussed a topic entitled "Vocational Training and its Role in Achieving Productive Efficiency for the Institution". This enabled us to ask the following main question: “What is the relationship of the training that the worker receives to the level of productive efficiency achieved by the institution? Three sub-questions emerge from this main question: What is the relationship of the knowledge that the worker receives to the level of productive efficiency of the organization? What is the relationship of the skills that the worker receives to the level of productive efficiency? What is the relationship of the trends that the worker receives to the level of production efficiency? Based on the foregoing, the study proves the following hypotheses: The first hypothesis: There are statistically significant conditions that affect the knowledge that the worker receives within the organization at the level of production efficiency. The second hypothesis: There are statistically significant conditions in the impact of the skills that the worker receives within the institution at the level of production efficiency. The third hypothesis: There are statistically significant conditions in the impact of trends on the level of productivity of the institution. According to what was identified in the problem of the study in the first place, we rely on the theory in describing and analyzing the impact of training on the efficiency level of the productive institution. Accordingly, this study came in six chapters as follows: The first chapter: includes the theoretical framework of the institution. Chapter Two: Ensures the effectiveness of the training system within the institution. Chapter Three: Ensures the productive efficiency of the worker. Chapter Four: It includes vocational training as a tool to achieve productive efflorescence. The fifth chapter: includes the methodological procedures of the study. Chapter VI: It included the unloading and analysis of data. As for the most important methodological steps of this study, they were: Field of study: The TIFIB Textile Corporation, located in the industrial zone of Biskra, was selected. The study sample: its size was determined by 187 workers using the total sample. Study Methodology: The choice was made to apply the descriptive approach on the grounds that it enables us to describe the effect of an independent variable on another. Study tools: The use of the observation tool as one of the most important methodological tools used in the scientific research process and an essential source in obtaining the necessary data for the subject. The questionnaire was used in all the data through a model designed from a set of questions directed to working individuals, consisting of 33 questions distributed over three axes. Results of the study: After processing and analyzing field data, the study concluded, through the effects of the first hypothesis, of a number of results, the most important of which are: The knowledge that the worker receives within the organization in the context of training courses that positively affect the level of production efficiency through the skills that the worker acquires within the organization. The worker will contribute effectively to improving the level of productivity within the organization. As for the trends and behaviors acquired by the worker, they play a role in activating the production process and raising the efficiency level of the worker’s performance within the organization, and this is what was shown by the effects of the third hypothesis | en_US |
