dc.description.abstractThe current study aimed to identify the correlation between administrative leadership styles and job stability for the employees of Investment Bennaceur Company, And concluded that the dominant leadership style in this company is the democratic leadership style, And that there is a very strong correlation between democratic leadership style and job stability, This study also showed that there is a very strong relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice (procedural justice, distributive justice and transactional justice) and job stability, And It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences For job stability, it is based on the demographic data of the study individualsen_US
