dc.description.abstract | Since the beginning of the changes in the international arena, in the end of the 1970s, the world witnessed a new phenomenon rose up from the civil society, which later became a party of international relations. This phenomenon known as "NGOs" are famous because of their human rights defense and humanitarian action, and also because they were accompanied by massive media propaganda that affected world public opinion. Non-governmental organizations are the result of the solidarity of individuals from many societies to stand up against the situations in which people suffer from the horrors, crises and acts of government abuse, they are societies of solidarity and charitable with a non-profit objective, which are working under the laws of the country's residence and its private law. But these organizations did not perform only their function, they also went so far as to denounce the governments abuse that violate the rights of their citizens and inform the world public opinion about the situation of peoples in closed systems, and by going around the sovereignty's principle and higher interests of countries, and circumventing their domestic laws, they succeed to make relations between publics and members of different societies. | en_US |
