dc.description.abstractThe rules of international humanitarian law guarantee international protection for civilian objects during conflicts that are fulfilled within that scope, up to it, until it reaches the difficult, it can reach, unless the texts or its content result in it being civilian until proven otherwise. This in itself reflects a desire to consolidate this protection and consolidate its foundations and this is not evidenced by the fact that the first agreements that guaranteed this protection have expanded in them. Rather, it can be said that the foundations of international law or its foundations are the distinction between civilian objects and military objectives and the legitimacy of targeting the latter and criminalizing its use, especially in light of The Statute of the international Criminal Court as well as the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 and Protocol I of 1977. It was natural, as a result of the armed conflicts that occur across different regions, that civilian objects have a distinct importance due to the large number of conflicts and the multiplicity of their parties, axes and times. This protection has been established and defended, but it remains in need of permanent renewal, taking into account international texts, jurisprudential opinions and decisions issued by courts and specialized committees, especially the international Committee of the Red Crossen_US
