dc.description.abstract	In this study, we dealt with the administrative reform and the good governance in Algeria as a specific case of study. So in this study we defined the concept of the administrative reform as well as the concept of the good governance. Also we took up the most important entries and the basics to build the administrative reform; moreover we spoke about the crucial criteria’s of good governance.
