dc.description.abstractThere really is no incontrovertible or discussion by the interested Powers, is that the success of the Director in the performance of its functions is measured by his ability and superiority in the issuance of good decisions and effective in the life of the organization, which can be converted regulatory policies and objectives into reality. The process of decision-making responsibilities of the Director's largest and most dangerous, especially those that underpin the functioning of the Organization; therefore reconcile the Director in making the right decisions with the participation of members of the management team of the stated objectives; so that the difference between success or failure of management. On this basis, I will address in this article, the most important theories that dealt with making and decision-making, and then turn to identify the most important component of the decision-making, types, levels and stages .
