Abstract

The study aims at researching the level of employing the communication skills of the administrative leader during crises at Biskra state headquarters from the point of view of employees, as well as the correlation between the effectiveness of administrative leadership and the level of employing these skills, represented by the skill of listening, strategic thinking, speaking, and diving into their dimensions, and the degree of strength of the correlation they are the observation and the questionnaire form ،As well as the use of the statistical program Spss v22 in the extraction of statistical results, we have reached in this study a set of important points, we mention as follows: * There is a strong level of employing the listening skill of the administrative leader while dealing with crises from the point of view of employees at the state headquarters. * There is strength in the level of employing the strategic thinking skill of the administrative leader during his crisis management for the staff of the state. * There is a strong level of employing the speaking skill of the administrative leader during crises from the opinion of the staff at the state headquarters. * There is an average direct correlation between the effectiveness of managerial leadership during crises and the employment of communication skills, attributed to personal variables (gender, educational level, managerial rank, number of years of experience). *Reaching a communication model that achieves the objectives of this study; linking all the essential points of the study, namely communication skills, administrative leadership, crisis management.
