Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال البحث في آليات إنتاج البلاغة في جنس أدبي شديد الخصوصية ،هو النص السير ذاتي أو ما يعرف بفن الاعتراف، لواحد من أشهر الشخصيات المثيرة للجدل في القرن العشرين ،إنه المحامي "جاك فرجاس" Jacques Vergesالذي يؤرخ في كتابه "جرائم الدولة/الكوميديا القضائية" لتجربته الشخصية مع العدالة الفرنسية،سيما فترة دفاعه عن المجاهدين الجزائريين ومن ثم القضية الجزائرية إبان فترة حرب التحرير.كل ذلك بأسلوب بديع يجمع بين الإمتاع الفني وغواية الحقائق التاريخية.

Abstract:

State Crimes / Judicial Comedy, insights into autobiographical rhetoric

This paper purports to investigate autobiography as a specific literary genre. In this field, the French international lawyer Jacques Verges appears as one of the most controversial personages of the Twentieth Century. Verges earned notoriety in his involvement in delicate cases, such as the FLN fighters’ trials. In his autobiography “State Crimes/ Judicial Comedy”, he narrates his early experience with the French judiciary system.
