Abstract

Arab States made an event on regional and international arena , when their people came out en masse raise the slogan : "the people want the overthrow of the regime " , the phrase most active and popular in various fields and Arab arenas as an arena Liberation in Egypt and the Pearl Square in Bahrain ... and actually the Arab regimes fall from Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in Tunisia to Hosni Mubarak in Egypt , and so on .... but the biggest challenge for those peoples and new rulers is the possibility of the establishment of political systems stable restore dignity and pride of the Arab citizen and that been stolen from dictatorial regimes for decades , the future of the countries of mobility depend on the adoption of democratic choice and good governance based mainly on the partnership between the state and civil society and the private sector , even if it takes years or decades , "because the easiest thing is to demolish the existing system , but the most difficult is to build a new political system ."
