تحديد متغيرات القرار غير المسيطر عليها المستخدمة في بناء نماذج المخزون - دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة

Abstract

الملخص : يعتبر نموذج المخزون تمثيل لمكونات مشكلة المخزون كما يوفر أسلوب الربط بين متغيرات هذه المشكلة، ولا جودة لمخرجاته المتمثلة في تحديد كمية الطلب المثلى ومستوى إعادة الطلب والتي تسمى بمتغيرات القرار المسيطر عليها من خلال تدنية التكلفة الكلية للمخزون إلا بجودة مدخلاته المتمثلة فيما يسمى بمتغيرات القرار غير المسيطر عليها، وهذا ما يهدف إليه هذا المقال من خلال التعرف على هذه المتغيرات وتحليلها وتمحيصها ومن ثم إيجاد طريقة لحسابها واستخراج قيمها، ولتبيان هذه العملية اعتمدنا على أسلوب دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة معتمدين على بيانات الفترة 2010–2012 المستخرجة من دفاتر المؤسسة من مختلف المصالح.
