Abstract

الملخص: في كتاب "العدة في أصول الفقه " للقاضي أبي يعلى الحنبلي (ت 458هـ) قضايا دلالية عديدة، أسهب أبو يعلى في بعضها بالنقاش والتحليل والاستدلال، وأوجز في بعضها الآخر بذكرها عرضاً أو تلميحاً، والمراد من هذا البحث تبيان هذه القضايا واستخلاصها من ثنايا الكتاب، بمحاولة استخراجها أو افتكاكها من المسائل الأصولية، وبالرجوع إلى آراء أهل اللغة والاستفادة من أقوال أهل الأصول أيضاً، ومن أبرز تلك القضايا الدلالية: الحقيقة والمجاز وارتباطهما بالوضع والاستعمال، وقضية الأسماء الشرعية، وحروف المعاني، ودلالات الأمر والنهي، والعموم والخصوص، والإطلاق والتقييد..الخIn the book "Al uddah Fi Usul Alfiqeh " The judge Abu Ya'la Al-Hanbali (458 Hijri) many semantic issues indicative, Abu Ya'la is reflective in some of the debate and analysis for citation, he outlined in some other issues ratcheted up a presentation or implicitly, is intended to reflect those of the research issues and recovery of liking trying to extract issues of fundamentalism, by reference to the views of the scientists of the language and to benefit from the words of The people of assets too, one of the most prominent of those semantic issues: Fact and metaphor or Truth and imagery and linked to the situation and use, The issue of legitimacy names, meanings of characters and the implications of the commands and prohibitions, general and particular,releasing and restriction etc.
