Abstract

Of our study on the most important issues on the agenda of the twenty-century atheist in the various programs, particularly in journals of water and the environment. We decided, through our intervention "to protect the quality and supply of water resources through the application of integrated approaches to development, management and use of financial resources," the study procedures that states should take to improve the world water resources management and protection in order to achieve sustainability. The fall program of water according to rankings of the United Nations under the seven key points in the form of: integrated management of water resources, water resources assessment, protection of water resources, water supply for drinking, health, water for sustainable urban development, water time for the sustainability of food and rural development, and finally the impact of variables climate on water resources.
