dc.description.abstractThis study focus on the importance of the economic policy and the extend of the link between it and direct foreign investment (DFI), also we follow the stages which the Yemen’s economy go through that stages and the fiscal and monitory policies development during an Interval (2005-2010) when an investment climate was stabile during the same interval, the study show an ineffectiveness of the policies the implemented by the Yemen’s government into achieve increment in the investment volume of the goods manufacturing sector which chare in the surplus demand gap, with the investment climate evaluation we show the degree of the fluctuation index related to an investment climate of economic policies, the index indicate there is no improvement in the investment in 2005 comparing with it’s improvement in 2008, as a result of the 2008 international crises the index fluctuate up and down, but in 2010 the index indicate to an improvement in the investment climate.en_US
