التمويل المالي للاندية الرياضية و تأثيره على مردوديتها دراسة ميدانية على مستوى قسم الثاني الهواة شرق

Abstract

لقد كان هدفنا من خلال إجراء هذا البحث إبراز دور التمويل المالي للأندية الرياضية و ماله من أهمية في تطوير الأندية ومدى تأثيره على مردودية الفرق الرياضية والبحث في نفس الوقت عن أشكال التمويل ومصادره وكذا هيكلة النوادي والتعرف على طرق استخدام الأندية لأموالها ببلادنا على مستوى القسم الثاني هواة شرق إلا أننا ارتكزنا بصفة عامة على التمويل. فوضعنا فرضية عن واقع عدم وضع مخطط مالي يعتمد عليه النادي في تسيير أمواله وسوء التسيير المالي يعود سلبا على المردود الرياضي . لهذا وقصد التحقق من صحتها او بطلانها قمنا بتوزيع استبياني على عينة البحث وكان الأول على شكل أسئلة موجهة إلى خمسة 5 مسؤولين للأندية التي سبق ذكرها واستبيان آخر للاعبي الفرق. وبعد حصولنا على النتائج استعملنا أسلوب النسبة المئوية للكشف عن دلالة الأجوبة المتحصل عليها وإثبات الفرضيات الجزئية المقترحة أو نفيها. بعد تحليل ومناقشة النتائج وجدنا أن مستوى اختيار طرق إنفاق الأموال على الأندية الرياضية في بلادنا متوسط لم يرقى الى المستوى المطلوب مع ذكر السبب الذي يعود إلى نقص أو عدم تمويلها من طرف الدولة والإدارة الوصية والشركات الأخرى... فتدني مستوى الفرق الرياضية وضعفها سببه نقص التدعيم المالي وسوء التسيير المالي للأندية.
