Abstract

ملخص : يهدف هذا المقال ، إلى كشف النقاب عن غياب الممارسة الإعلامية الإسلامية الحقة في خضم تزاحم الأنظمة الإعلامية العالمية على مر العصور ، من السلطوية الإعلامية إلى الليبرالية الإعلامية إلى الاشتراكية الإعلامية .. فباتت أنظمتنا الإعلامية العربية خليطا من هذه الأنظمة العالمية تتهدهد بين الحرية و التقييد ، في حين بقي البديل الإعلامي الإسلامي الحاضر الغائب في ضل سياسة هشة اتسمت بازدواجية المعايير فكرا و ممارسة ، على الرغم من أن النظام الإسلامي هو الوحيد الكفيل بقيادة مسيرة الإعلام قيادة ذات كفاءة و فعالية نحو تحقيق شمولية القيم و المعايير الأخلاقية Abstract: This articles aiming to reveal the absence of a real Islamic media practice within the global information systems through the ages , from the media authoritarianism to liberal media then to socialism.. our Arab media systems become a mix of these global systems fluctuating between freedom and restrictions .while the Islamic media alternative , present and absent at the same time , remained lost in a fragile policy characterized by double standards in thought and practice , despite the fact that the Islamic regime is the only way to lead the media efficiently and effectively towards achieving the comprehensiveness of values and moral standards .
