المعلم و دوره في العملية التعليمية السنة رابعة ابتدائي - أنموذجا

Abstract

الملخص : یعد المعلم عصب وقلب العملیة التعلیمیة، فھو أحد عناصرھا المھمة وعمودھا الفقري،فعلیه تقع مسؤولیة تطویر التعلیم وتحسینه بتوفر كافة الإمكانیات التعلیمیة من مبان مدرسیة ووسائل تعلیمیة ومقررات حدیثة، وتبعا لذلك فان أھداف التعلیم لن تتحقق دون معلم كفء قادر على استخدام ھذه الإمكانیات الاستخدام الذي یحقق الغایات المرجوة منه.لھذا جاء بحثنا موسوما ب -دور المعلم في العملیة التعلیمیة-السنة الرابعة ابتدائي نموذجا- وقد ھدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أھم الأدوار المتوقع من المعلم القیام بھا ، وإلى أي مدى تغیر دور المعلم في المنظومة التعلیمیة الجدیدة، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الإشكالیة الرئیسة وھي -ما دور المعلم في تكوین عملیة تعلیمیة ناجحة؟ للإجابة عن ھذه الإشكالیة تم تطبیق الدراسة المیدانیة في ابتدائیات ولایة بسكرة،وبلغت عینة الدراسة 10 معلمین و30 تلمیذا،وبالاعتماد على أداتي الاستبانة و بطاقة الملاحظة، وبإتباع المنھج الوصفي والاستعانة بآلتي التحلیل والإحصاء، توصلت الدراسة إلى تحقق ھذا الدور؛ حیث أ ثبت أھم یّة المعلم في العملیة التعلیمیة، وذلك بتغیر دوره إلى موجّه ومرشد ومقيم یَّم لھا، كما توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج كالأتي - للمعلم دور فعال في العملیة التعلیمیة، إذ یستطیع بخبرته وكفاءته أن یحدد نوعیة المادة الدراسیة واتجاھاتھا وتبسیطھا على فكر المتعلم. - إن دور المعلم لم یعد مقتصرا على مجرد نقل المعلومات وفقط، وإنما أصبحت مھمته الرئیسیة ھي القدرة على التخطیط والتنفیذ بتتبع مھارات تدریسیة مناسبة للفر وقات الموجودة بین التلامیذ. وقد تم وضع مجموعة من التوصیات والاقتراحات لعل أھمھا: - إلحاق المعلمین بدورات تدریبیة لتمكینھم من معرفة مھارات تصمیم التعلیم والتخطیط للعملیة التعلیمیة. - على المعلم امتلاك القدرة على ضبط الصف، وشد انتباه التلامیذ، وحفظ النظام داخل حجرة الدراسة، وخلق مناخ مریح ومشجع على التعلم. Abstract The teacher is considered as the heart of the learning process since he is one of its important pillars. It is his responsibility to develop and improve education, with the availability of the educational possibilities as school buildings, teaching aids and new curriculums. Accordingly, the objectives of education will not be achieved without a competent teacher who is capable to use these potential elements to achieve the desired goals. For that, our research is about The Role of The Teacher in The educational Process – Case Fourth Year Primary School. This study aimed to identify the most important roles expected from the teacher to do and to what extent its role had change in the new educational system. That will be achieved by answering the main question: what is the role of the teacher in the formation of a successful educational process?. In order to answer this question, a field study was implemented in Biskra Primary School. The sample of the study was 10 teachers and 30 students. It was based on two tools: questionnaire and classroom observation. By following the descriptive approach and using the analysis and statistics data, the study achieved its role where it proved the importance of the teacher in the educational process, by changing his role to a guider, prompter and assessor, and we reached a number of results as follows: - The teacher has an active role in the learning process, as he can to determine the quality of the course material, trends and simplify the thinking of the learner according to his experience and competency. - The role of the teacher is no longer limited by transferring the information, but its role became the ability to plan and implement using the suitable teaching skills for the differences between students. In addition, a number of pedagogical recommendations and proposals have been suggested, the most important are: - Applying teachers with training courses to enable them to learn the skills of designing education and the planning to the educational process. - The teacher must have the ability to manage the classroom, bring students' attention, maintain order within the classroom and create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment.
