Abstract: This article deals with the economic theory of the club formalized by Buchanan in 1965 presenting the majors gains and limits. This theory is completed by the socio-economical logic studied in the Information and Communication Sciences Two applications of this theory are presented: users clubs and industrials clubs structuring in different levels the markets of the mobiles-internet convergence.
