Abstract: Abstract In our study we isolated and identified strains Staphylococus aureus and Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and then we determined the resistance profile against antibiotics tested in order to evaluate and highlight the state of the resistance of this group of germs in the EPH Hakim Saadan Biskra. We then compared the resistance of these isolated strains with that of the reference strains and a comparative study of the antibiotic resistance of strains isolated externally and internally in Hakim Saadan Hospital. In global; no acquired resistance was observed the reference strains. S.aureus are resistant to penicillin and most strains are sensitive to NPV, TEC, GEN, CLI A. E.coli strains are resistant to AMP and AMC, and most strains are susceptible to IPM and CIP and GNT. P. aeruginosa strains are resistant to CAZ, PIP, and most strains are susceptible to IPM, AMK, COL.
