Synthèse de composés hétérocycliques aromatiques : préparation de THCz et 3-carbéthoxycoumarine

Abstract

The objective of this study is to synthesize two aromatic heterocyclic compounds which are precursors of bioactive molecules. In fact, the THCz was prepared by Fisher method. However, the 3-carbethoxycoumarin was obtained via Knoevenagel condensation. Structures of the prepared compounds have been elucidated by the usual spectroscopic methods (1H, 13C NMR and IR).
