Abstract: This study aimed to recognize the impact of organizational climate prevailing in the public hospital of El-meghaier on the job performance, Where was organizational climate dimensions: organizational structure, decision-making participation, leadership, communication, incentives , as the study also aimed to identify the extent of the differences statistically significant trends in respondents about the organizational climate and job performance attributed to the variables of personal and career (sex, age, nature of job, years of experience), a sample of 45 doctors and nurses was analysed by using descriptive and analytical techniques ''SPSS''. The result of the analysis revealed the following: 1- There is a medium degree trends of study sample toward organizational climate at the public hospital of El-meghaier. 2- There is a high trends of study sample toward job performance. 3-There is a statistically significant effect of organizational climate on job performance, as interpreted by the regulatory climate amounted to 21% of the job performance. 4- The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the trends of the respondents about the organizational climate due to the variables (gender, age, years of experience). 5- The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the trends of the respondents about the organizational climate due to the variable (gender, age, years of experience). 6- The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the trends of the respondents about the job performance due to the variables (nature of job). The study concluded that a number of recommendations, including: 1- Need to pay special attention to all elements of the organizational climate as an important variable contributing to the impact on the job performance. 2- Attempt to stand up to the elements that would work to create negative attitudes toward organizational climate among workers and try to confront and overcome them . 3- Adopting policies and systems for incentives that are both material and moral for employees, which take into account equality and justice in the application of these policies. 4- Increase the level of involvement of doctors and nurses in decision-making, give them confidence and make them assume responsibilities.
