Abstract

The identity forms a very complicated tissue, which derives from the doctrine of the people, of their major values ,their historical memory, and the characteristics of the place where they belong, which is not a rigid structure, and a final data, some of its vocabulary expand, some shrink, some show, some of the other slip, according to the quality of cultural activities exercised by the people, and depending on the circumstances and the challenges they face because the culture is already tributary flows into the spirit of the community to make a local identity, and therefore whatever the culture is sick, no matter how far it is from the requirements of the times, it remains in the eyes of its owners something not right to waste and waived at any price, and this feeling is stronger at the popular level than at the elite level.
