Abstract

الملخص VII دف الدراسة الحالية للبحث عن توضيح أثر التشارك المعرفي في جودة الخدمة التعليمية، وذلك من خلال بناء 􀀱 نموذج قابل للتطبيق، يتكون من متغيرين أساسيين والمتمثلين في التشارك المعرفي كمتغير مستقل، وجودة الخدمة التعليمية لإضافة إلى احتواء النموذج على الخصائص الشخصية والوظيفية كمتغير معدل. 􀁉 بع. 􀁃 كمتغير وبغية تحقيق ذلك، تم إعداد استمارة تتضمن 29 عبارة تم توزيعها على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية تمع الأصلي البالغ عددهم 􀁦 على عينة عشوائية بسيطة البالغ حجمها 76 أستاذ من ا 􀁝 وعلوم التسيير، حيث اعتمد .Spss.v مج 20 􀁝 ستخدام بر 􀁉 195 أستاذ، في حين تم استرجاع 50 منها فقط كانت قابلة للتحليل الإحصائي ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن الكلية تطبق التشارك المعرفي بشكل مقبول من خلال أبعاده (نقل المعرفة، لإضافة 􀁉 تم بشكل نسبي بجودة الخدمة التعليمية وهذا من وجهة نظر المبحوثين. 􀀱 ا 􀁻 تبادل المعرفة، تحويل المعرفة)، كما أ ت 􀁉 بعاده على جودة الخدمة التعليمية، ووجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجا 􀁽 إلى وجود أثر للتشارك المعرفي المبحوثين حول متغير التشارك المعرفي تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، الرتبة) بينما لا توجد فروق على مستوى العمر والخبرة، أما ت المبحوثين حول مستوى 􀁉 لنسبة لجودة الخدمة التعليمية فأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجا 􀁉 جودة الخدمة التعليمية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية. واستنادا على النتائج المتوصل إليها، تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات استكمالا لمستلزمات الدراسة ولغرض الإفادة منها. الكلمات المفتاحية: التشارك المعرفي، نقل المعرفة، تحويل المعرفة، تبادل المعرفة، جودة الخدمة، جودة الخدمات التعليمية.The present study aims at clarifying the impact of knowledge sharing on the quality of educational service, by building an applicable model, Consists of two main variables, namely, knowledge sharing as an independent variable,and quality of educational service as a dependent variable, as well as containing the model on personal and functional characteristics as a variable, in the faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences ;at Mohammed Khaider Biskra University and its impact on organizatiional learning. In order to achieve this, a questionnaire was preapared containing 29 stataments were distributed to a sample of perofessors,we have adopted a soft sample size of 76 Teachers of the population of community, thier number is 195 teachers, while 50 of them retrieved only. It was amenable to statical analysis using program Spss.v20. On of the most important findings was that the college in qurstion foculty applies Knowledge Sharing in acceptable way through ite dimensions(Knowledge Transfer, Transform knowledge, knowledge Exchange),its also relatively concerned with Quality of educational services and this from the perspective of the respondents. In addition, there is an impact on Knowledge Sharing and each dimension of its dimension on Quality of educational services, The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in respondents' responses to the level of quality of educational service due to the personal variables. Further more, there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of respondents on the variable of knowledge sharing due to the variable (gender and age), As for the quality of educational service, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the respondents about the quality of educational service due to personal and functional variables. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations was submitted to supplement the study requirements and for the purpose of benefiting from them.
