Abstract: The human resource in any organization is the key to carrying out its tasks and improving its performance and achieving its goals, which explains the current trend of most organizations to take care of the different conditions and factors that affect employees and affect their level of job satisfaction directly or indirectly, and the most important factors affecting In the behavior of individuals and also their sense of the organizational culture so organizations seek to maintain employees and this through their job satisfaction. This study examined the role of the organizational culture in its different dimensions to the functional satisfaction of the employees of Al-Amouricompany for the wage industry in the Department of the State University of the Valley. Also towards the level of the dominant organizational culture and also the level of functional satisfaction they have. The targeted student community consists of workers at the al-Amouri company at the University of 150 workers and employed and the student used the simple random sample method which reached the size of 55, where a questionnaire was distributed to them through a field visit, and retrieved (44), where we found (40) questionnaire Weapons for statistical analysis, the student used the descriptive analytical approach to reach the results of the study, and relied on several statistical methods to analyze the data including: measurements of descriptive statistics, coefficient of persistence "Alpha Kronbach ", coefficient of honesty the touchstone, correlation coefficient Pearson,.. .. Etc. The study concluded with a number of findings, the most important of which are: the role of organizational culture in its different dimensions (organizational values, Organizational beliefs, organizational expectations, organizational norms) in achieving job satisfaction. The study reached many of the most important recommendations: The company should take care of the collective participation in solving problems through continuous follow-up and listening to suggestions made by workers, as well as providing the information needed by employees in a timely manner and simplifying it in order to perform To work with the efficiency and effectiveness required, the company also has to embrace a shared vision of organizational values as a key determinant of employee behavior.
