Abstract

الهدف من هذا البحث للوصول إلى جواب عن دور الاستثمار الاجنبي غير مباشر ودوره في تنشيط سوق أ رس المال بقطر ؟ وقد تطرقنا إلى مفاهيم الاستثمار الاجنبي غير مباشر في الأسواق المالي وبالتحديد د ا رس حال بورص دول قطر لتقييم مناخ الاستثمار في قطر و تحديد الإطار النظري لسوق ا رس المال من خلال تعريفه أوهميته وتنظيمه وظائفه اولأدوا المتدخل فيه لتشجي الاستثما ا ر الأجنبي لتطوير سوق الأو ا رق المالي وتنشيطها. حيث تلعب الاستثما ا ر الأجنبي دو ا ر كبي ا ر في التنمي الاقتصادي بجمي الدول، كما تمارس أسواق الأ وا رق المالي د و ا ر كبي ا ر في جذب الاستثما ا ر الأجنبي ، أو الاستثما ا ر المالي للأجانب. وقد توصلنا إلى أن بورص دول قطر حقق معدلا نمو قياسي بالرغم أنها من الأسواق الناشئ على مستوى العالم حسب تصنيفها من قبل مؤسسا التصنيف الائتماني وبالرغم من حال الحصار المفروض عليها اقتصاديا وسياسيا من دول الجوار إلى أن شركاتها حقق نتائج إيجابي . الكلمات المفتاحية: سوق أ رس المال - الاستثمار الاجنبي غير المباشر- الأسواق المالي - بورص قطر - الأو ا رق المالي .
