dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the trends of the administrative workers in the National Agency for the management of the microcredit in order to reach the level of the human capital prevailing in them and also to know the level of their managerial creativity, in addition to knowing the impact of human capital in its various dimensions on administrative creativity among employees. The target population of the study consisted of the administrative workers of the National Agency for Microcredit Management in Biskra, numbering 60 administrative workers. We adopted the comprehensive inventory method in the study. The questionnaire was distributed through field visits and 39 questionnaires were retrieved. The number of questionnaires valid for the analysis was 36, and several statistical methods were used to analyze the data, including descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, stability coefficient and truth of the test. The study found that the level of human capital prevailing in the agency was average, and the level of administrative creativity among its employees was high. It also showed a significant effect of human capital on administrative innovation, where the human capital accounted for (54.3%) of changes In administrative innovation. In the light of the results achieved, some suggestions can be made: the need to raise the level of knowledge of the Agency by developing an effective strategy to attract knowledge holders and encourage their employees to share knowledge among them, maintain their level of administrative innovation and benefit from this high level in the development of their programs and activities.
