Abstract

This study aims to know the expectations of the employees of the Algerian Telecom - Biskra- towards the prevailing intellectual capital pattern and the impact on its institutional performance . The target study society consists of the administrative workers of the institution , Algeria Telecom– Biskra- (302) . We used the simple random sample method (80) , where the questionnaire was distributed to them through several field visits , and retrieved (60) valid questionnaire for statistical analysis. And it was used in the statistic analysis for the data several Methods contains ,descriptivestatisticalmeasures ,analysis of variance , multiple regression analysis….etc. The results of this study are as follows: The level of availability of intellectual capital by its different dimensions in the institution under study wa average according to the study scale . The level of institutional performance was high , and it was found to have a statistically significant effect on the capital of the intellectual (58.3%) of the variables in the institutional performance , based on the value of R².
