Abstract: The aim of this study deals to know the views of emloyees in directorate of Electricity and Gas-Biskra, about the image of organization and its role in attracting talents. The study community of all administrative workers, the two reports in different sections, the number of students (51), and the student use of the comprehensive inventory method for the study society. The questionnaire was distributed to all of us. A questionnaire was retrieved (35) Data. The most important results of this study indicate that there is role of statistical significance of image of organization on attracting talents at the level 0,05.Where he interpreted the variable image of the institution (27.30%) Of the changes in attracting talent. The study concluded to the suggestions as following: Provision of services to talents which improvement mental image,and bridging the gap between the resource humans and organization, which relate to visits between them, pay attentions to talents and define their organization because they are the future internal audience.
