dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the relationship between internal marketing and development of Talents, through study the effect of internal marketing with its dimensions ( empowerment, teamwork, administrative support, internal communication) and its contribution in the development of Talents with its dimensions ( training, Evaluation, Motivation). To achieve the objectives of this research, we studied applied in USB ( Spots Union Biskra), and we distributed the questionnaire to the study sample members , we used SPSS for statistica lanalysis of data. The important results we reached it is : teamwork and administrative support dont contribute in the development of Talents, except empowerment and internal communication , and generally there is an effect of internal marketing on development Talents. The most important recommendations that we have suggested are: USB must focus Emppowering employees and give them the freedom to make the discisions about its performances. Providing them opportunities for devlop their talants. Pay attention to the talented players and give them greater value for creativity and devlop their talents and more.
