Abstract

ادة حجم عرض المیاه لتحقیق أهداف 􀈄 في إدارة مواردها المائیة، و جعلها تلجأ لأسالیب حدیثة تهدف إلى ز حل یندرج 􀘗 ع ذات الأهمیة 􀈄 الإدارة الاست ا رتیجیة للموارد المائیة، من خلال تخصیص موارد مالیة لبعض المشار ات تخصیص خاصة، من أهمها 􀇼 ق حسا 􀈄 یفیة الاعتماد على الوسائل الذاتیة للقطاع، عن طر 􀘗 في إطار د ا رسة ع الاستعجالي و 􀇼 ع ذات الطا 􀈄 302 الذي ''عنوانه الصندوق الوطني للمیاه''، لإنجاز المشار - الحساب رقم: 079 سكرة. 􀇼 ة 􀇽 ات و من بینها ولا 􀇽 المیاه، لا سیما لبعض الولا 􀇼 الأهمیة التي تهدف إلى القضاء على المشاكل المتعلقة جوانب الموضوع، تأتي هذه الد ا رسة محاولة بیان دور الصندوق الوطني للمیاه في تسییر 􀇼 و قصد الإلمام سكرة، من خلال د ا رسة و تحلیل احتیاجات الموارد المائیة و 􀇼 ة 􀇽 قطاع الموارد المائیة لولا 􀇼 ع الاستعجالیة 􀈄 المشار ادة عرض المیاه و ترشید الطلب علیها. 􀈄 استخداماتها و السبل المناسبة لز الكلمات المفتاحیة: ،ةیئاملا دراوملاهایملا داصتقاهایملل ينطولا قودنصلا ،ةیئاملا دراوملا ةرادإ ،ةیئاملا ةمزلأا ،. Abstract: Due to the scarcity of water, increasing demand for water and the high cost of developing new water resources, Algeria has revised the management of its water resources, and make them use modern methods to increase the mobilized volume of water to achieve the objectives of strategic management of water resources, the allocation of financial resources for some major projects as a solution, is part of the study on how to rely on the means of self-sector, through special allocation accounts, especially the account n°: 079 302 entitled "National Water Fund", to carry out urgent and important projects aimed at solving water-related problems, particularly in certain Wilayas, particularly the wilaya of Biskra. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the role of the National Water Fund in the management of emergency projects in the water resources sector in the Biskra wilaya, this study allowed us to analyze the needs and demands for water resources as well as ways to increase the rationalization of water.
