Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the perceptions of respondents about the level of availability of motivation in it's both side (physical and moral) in the faculty of Economics, Commerce and Management Sciences of Biskra University and the impact of these motivation on the performance of workers. To achieve that, a major hypothesis was formulated, including two sub-assumptions. The population consists of all the administrative workers in the faculty, which are (112). We tested a simple random sample of (60) employees. The questionnaire was distributed to them during several field visits and 50 questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. A number of statistical methods were used in the data analysis, including descriptive statistic measures, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The results of study show insignificant role of motivation in it’s both side in the performance of faculty staff, the results also highlighted that the level of motivation is low according to the approved scale, while the level of performance is high. The study resulted in a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The faculty must provide adequate support and assistance to employees and ensure that the salary paid covers the basic needs of employees while ensuring maintaining and improving more and more their performance level.
