دور شخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في تحفيز تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية على المشاركة في منافسات الرياضة المدرسية

Abstract

موضوع بحثنا هذا جاء عنوان الدراسة حول دور شخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في تحفيز تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية على المشاركة في منافسات الرياضة المدرسية ولقد تم تحديد إشكالية الموضوع من خلال طرح السؤال الجوهري :هل لشخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية دور في تحفيز التلاميذ على المشاركة في منافسات الرياضة المدرسية ؟وكانت هذه الدراسة تهدف الى معرفة ما إذ كان للشخصية الأستاذ دور في تحفيز التلاميذ على المشاركة في المنافسات ،وقد استندنا في هذه الدراسة على مختلف النظريات و الدراسات و المفاهيم التي عالجت متغيري البحث ،بحيث تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 30 تلميذ ممارس للرياضة المدرسية ،و قد أجريت الدراسة على مستوى ثانويات دائرة ماوكلان بشمال سطيف خلال الفترة الزمنية 2018/2019 ،وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي و الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة أن لشخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية دور في تحفيز تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية على ممارسة التربية البدنية و الرياضية . In the subject of our research, the title of the study is about the charchter role of the physical and sports education proffesor in motivating high school students to participate in school sports competitions. The problematic has been determined by asking this question: Does the character of professor have a role in motivating students to participate in school sports competition. This study aimed to find out if the character of professor have a role in motivating students to participate in competition. The study based on various theories studies and dealing with concepts include the relation between search variables. The sample of the study was 30 student in school sports and the study was conducted in high school in ‘’MAWKLAN’’- north Setif - between 2018 /2019. We used the descriptive Method to analyse the survey and collect the results, it shows that there is a role owned by the charchter of the professor of Physical Education and sports in motivating high school students to participate in school Sports competitions.
