dc.description.abstractThis study is aimed to understand and explain the impact of participatory administration in improving human performance, Where the hospital of Bachir Ben Nacer was chosen to apply the study on it, The study community consists of staff, administrative and specialists, And 100 questionnaire forms were distributed and spss program was used in the statistical analysis of data, A set of results were reached by this study where the most important result is that there is a statistically significant impact of participatory administration in improving human performance in the public hospital Bachir Ben Nacer Biskra at a significance level of 0.05. Several suggestions are proposed by this study where the most important is the need to focus more on participatory administration in organizations by enhancing the participation of subordinates in decision-making, meetings and in making suggestions, Also promoting teamwork and team spirit in the work within the organization and creating confidence among employees and strengthening it to raise their human performance and to achieve the goals of the organization.
