Abstract

عنوان الدراسة : دور حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في بناء الجماعة من وجهة نظر أساتذة الطور الثانوي تهدف الدراسة الى : محاولة الكشف عن دور الأستاذ في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضة ومدى تأثيره على الجانب الاجتماعي للتلاميذ . الفرض من الدراسة : لحصة التربية البدنية والرياضة دور فعال في بناء الجماعة العينة : عينة الدراسة كانت قصديه تتمثل في جميع أساتذة التربية البدنية بولاية بسكرة والمقدر عددهم ب 60 أستاذ ،و تمثل 100% من مجتمع الدراسة ماعدا 15 أستاذ تم استخدام إجاباتهم في الدراسات الاستطلاعية . الأداة المستخدمة : قمنا بإعداد استبيان وزع على أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضة في الطور الثانوي أهم الاستنتاجات : نستطيع القول بأن الألعاب الجماعية لها دور فعال جعل التلاميذ أكثر اتصالا و كذلك في بناء الجماعة بين التلاميذ . كما نستنتج أن الأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضة دور فعال في جعل التلاميذ أكثر اندماجا وتكيف في الجماعة فاتصاله وتواصله مع التلاميذ يعزز روح الجماعة ويحسن العلاقات فيما بينهم أهم الاقتراحات : القيام بدورات تكوينية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضة وتبادلهم للخبرات والمعلومات يساعد على إثراء الرصيد المعرفي لهم والسير الحسن للعملية التعليمية . Title of study: The role of the share of physical and sports education in the construction of the group from the point of view of secondary stage teachers The aim of the study is to attempt to reveal the role of the professor in the share of physical education and sports and its impact on the social aspect of the students. Assumption of study: The share of physical education and sports play an active role in community building The sample: The sample of the study was Ksadih represented in all professors of physical education in the state of Biskra estimated number of 60 professors, and represent 100% of the society of the study except 15 professors were used in the surveys. Tool used: We prepared a questionnaire distributed to the teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary stage The most important conclusions: We can say that group games have an active role to make students more connected and also in building the community among pupils. As we conclude that the professor of physical education and sports an effective role in making pupils more integrated and adapting in the group and his contact with students strengthens the spirit of the community and improve relations between them The most important suggestions: Conducting training courses for teachers of physical education and sports and exchanging experiences and information helps to enrich their knowledge and good conduct of the educational process.
