Abstract: This study aims to clarify the role of e-services in achieving competitive advantage and clarifying the relationship between two variables studied to accomplish the objectives of the study,the questionnaire was used to collect the data and was distributed to a random sample of 70 clients , the study found that there is a role for electronic services in acheiving competitive advantage when providing services, in addition to a set of recommendations that regulate the need to provide electronic protection programs in the postal unit in the state of biskra to ensure the confidence of customers when dealing with e-servers provided by the unit and provide means of identification of electronic services contribute to the dissemination of technology culture among . keywords : e-service, competitive advantage, postal unit Biskra state.
