Abstract: This study aims In order to know the role of Innovation in achieving Competitive advantage, and to clarify the relationship between the two variables under study. To acheive the objectives of the study were to rely on the questionnaire to collect data, and distributed to a random sample of workers (employees)size (57) worker, and the number of the questionnaire recovered and the good of the analysis (61) questionnaire, and use descriptive and analytical approach to information gathering and analysis, it has been relying on spss program to analyze the data and test hypotheses studying. The study found that there is a role for the Innovation of the Gypsum Foundatin and its derivatives ouled djelal Biskra, with its dimensions (technological innovation, marketing innovation, organizational innovation) in achieving competitive advantage. The study also found a set of recommendations, including : Adopting ideas and methods that enable them to make good use of their knowledge and innovate experiences, and the corporation tries to invest in its innovate potentials and enhance its role in order to give the company a competitive advantage.
