Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the impact of transformational leadership on the management of organizational change in the leadership of the public institution of the hospital, Hakeem Saadan-Biskra, by determining the level of transformational leadership practice, as well as the level of practice of organizational change management. Organizational structure. A simple random sample was selected by 20% of the population of the study (doctors, nurses, administrators) of 296 individuals. The total size of the sample was 60 persons, and 41 questionnaires were retrieved from them for a statistical analysis with a recovery rate of 68.33%. Of statistical methods based on the Spss.V20 program. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: 1. The level of leadership practice of the administrative leaders in the public institution hospital Hakeem Saadane - Biskra - was low, and comes after inspiration motivation in the first place, followed by second place after intellectual stimulation, and ranked third after the individual consideration, while came after the ideal impact in Fourth and last place. 2. The level of the practice of organizational change management among the administrative leaders in the public hospital institution Hakim Saadane - Biskra - was average, and comes after the re-freezing in the first place, followed by second place after the change, while after melting the ice in the third and last. 3.There is a statistically significant impact of the transformational life on the management of organizational change among the administrative leaders in the public hospital institution Hakim Saadan Biskra. 4. There is a statistically significant impact of the ideal effect and individual consideration on the management of organizational change among the administrative leaders in the public hospital institution Hakim Saadan Biskra. 5. There is no statistically significant impact of the inspirational motivation and intellectual arousal on the management of organizational change in the administrative leaders of the public hospital hospital Hakim Saadan Biskra.
