Abstract

The following result came after studying and analyzing the statistical data of the international capital flows in Algeria during the different drainage Systems that the Algerian dinar passed from the fixed exchange system to the managed float system and the various reductions that the Algerian dinar exchange rate defined. We concluded that the dinar exchange rate Algeria does not affect the foreign exchange reserves and foreign debts because they are denominated in foreign currency and have a small effect on foreign investment, so that the latter looks at the stability of the exchange rates, especially when the IV profits are transferred abroad.
