dc.description.abstractStudy Title : " Role of Human Resources Performance Assessment in Achieving Performance Requirements in Sports Organizations " The study aims to: - Recognize the performance appraisal of human resources approved by sports organizations, by recognizing the dimensions of the system and its role in meeting the requirements of performance. Purpose of the study: The process of assessing the performance of these human resources and building them on a scientific basis and appropriate methodology is necessary in order to enable them to fulfill their roles and carry out their tasks with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Research Sample: The number of researchers in 17 individuals (3 directors - 7 heads of interests - 7 heads of office), a comprehensive survey of the research community was conducted. - Top conclusions: - The staff performance assessment is used to identify strengths and weaknesses, and the president is based on evaluation findings in management decision-making. - The collection of performance evaluation data is carried out according to a model of the evaluation system, but is very limited and is limited to elements related to: Vigilance, effectiveness, discipline, initiative, and document organization. Top Suggestions: - Make performance results the primary goal of improving skill and behavior. - Inform and sensitize those in the evaluation process to the necessity and importance of the evaluation process, and try to give some sort of seriousness to the application of the system. - The need to focus on the principle of the right of petition in order to uphold the principle of credibility and objectivity.en_US
