Abstract: This study aimed to recognize the effect of the Training in ameliorating the employees' performance in the Electricity and gas Company'' BISKRA''. In order to examine this, we designed a questionnaire based on the approved model in this study. After that, we distributed it to a sample group which consists of Sonelgas Complex employees who passed one of the Trainings introduced by the training institution in the field of electricity and gas ofCompany, Technical School Blida. 50 questionnaires were distributed but only 36 questionnaires were returned(72%) ,and they were qualified for an accurate analysis by using descriptive and analytical techniques'' SPSS''. The result of the analysis revealed the following:  a high level of the Training in the institution of the study was with a mean (3.56). the dimension of “executing the Training Program”, was ranked the first with a mean (3.71).  The level of the employees' performance in the institution of the study was high with a mean (3.94). After the execution, it was ranked the first with a mean (4.01).  there is a linear relationship between the variables of the study, where the relationship strength was (0.470) , and describes the average value estimated explanatory model adopted and the statistical quality of the study, and (the Training) explains what amount (22.10%) of the change in (the employees' performance) in the agencies under study.  There is a significant effect of the Training in ameliorating the performance of the employees in the institution of the study at the level (=0.05)  The absence of differences in the level (=0.05) in the trends of the study sample members about the level of the Training is related to the personal differences (sex, age, educational level, career level, experience).  The absence of differences in the level (=0.05) in the trends of the study sample members about the level of the employees' performance related to the personal differences ( sex, age, educational level, career level, experience).
