Abstract: The impact of leadership patterns on the performance of staff in the Direction of Youth and Sports field at the level of the Direction of Youth and Sports of Biskra province Study hypotheses The opinions of the staff about the dominant pattern in the Direction of Youth and Sports differ between democratic style, autocratic style, and the relative free style The level of human Performance in the Direction of Youth and Sports is good and high performance. The relationship between the leadership pattern and the performance of the employees is based on the distance of the bosses and the thing that they do more in motivating the work and after the subordinates and what motivates them to work more. Objective of the study Knowledge of the impact of leadership patterns on the performance of staff in the Directorate of Youth and Sports. Study procedures Sample 15% random sample, 10 heads and 20 subordinates The used approach The descriptive approach. Tools used in the search Interview and questionnaire form. Results Search results showed The democratic pattern is the most practiced one in the Direction question, while the autocratic pattern is practiced at a relatively moderate level and is the second in practice, and the pattern of politicization is exercised at a relatively moderate level and is the third in practice. The level of performance of the staff of the Directorate in question is relatively high There is a positive correlation between the democratic pattern and the level of performance of the workers, which means the impact Positive on the level of staff performance. There is a negative correlation between the politicization pattern and the level of functionality, which means a negative impact on the performance level of employees. Suggestions To promote the democratization of the democratic style as the leading pattern leading to the performance of workersjust when the headmasters take into consideration the following factors Caring about workers problems and needs Providing information for doing the job perfectly. Taking care of coordinating efforts among workers Mandate a part of the authorities for workers
