دور التسيير الاداري في تحسين خدمات المسابح

Abstract

This research aims to study the role of administrative management on the improvement swimming pools services in the state of Biskra. Where we randomly selected 14 administrators working at the Olympic Swimming Pool El Alia and the regional swimming pool Hai El Mujahideen. In the current study, we have followed the descriptive approach through the questionnaire and we have reached the following results: - Planning plays an important role in the amelioration of swimming pools services in Biskra. - The organization has an important role in the enhancement of swimming pools services in Biskra. - Supervision has an important role in improving the services of swimming pools in Biskra. - The importance of administrative management and its processes including planning, organization and supervision on the improvement of swimming pool services. 􀊭 يهدف البحث لدراسة دور التسيير الاداري في تحسين خدمات المسابح بولاية بسكرة. حيث اخترت بطريقة عشوائية 14 اداري يعملون بالمسبح الاولمبي العالية و المسبح الجهوي حي اﻟﻤﺠاهدين. و قد اتبعنا في الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي عن طريق الاستبيان وقد توصلنا للنتائج التالية: - التّخطيط له دور مهم في تحسين خدمات المسابح ببسكرة. - التنظيم له دور مهم في تحسين خدمات المسابح ببسكرة. - أنّ الرّقابة لها دور مهم في تحسين خدمات المسابح ببسكرة. - مدى أهميّة التسيير الاداري وعملياته من التّخطيط التّنظيم والرّقابة في تحسين وتطوير في تحسين خدمات المسابح.
