تأثير الوسائل السمعية البصرية في تدريب المهارات الأساسية لدى الفئة الغير ممارسة في كرة السلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الوسائل السمعية البصرية في تدريب المهارات الأساسية لدى الفئة الغير ممارسة في كرة السلةوتمثلت فرضية الدراسة في وجود تأثير للوسائل السمعية البصرية على بعض المهارات الأساسية للفئة الغير ممارسة لكرة السلة وكانت العينة متكونةمن 12 عشرة لاعب غير ممارس لرياضة كرة السلة في بلدية مليلي صنف براعم U 12 . وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية الأداة المستخدمة عبارة على إختبار دقة التمرير في بطارية جونسن ا ولتمرير بالدفع في بطارية ليلتش ا وختبار سرعة المحاورة بعد المرور حول مجموعة من الحواجز. ومن أهم الاستنتاجات أن مشاهدة نموذج لمهارة التمرير الصدرية والمرتدة يساهم في استيعاب الأداء الحركي للتقنيتين ومشاهدة نموذج لمهارة المحاورة يساهم في استيعاب الأداء الحركي للتقنيةوكذلك الاعتماد على الوسائل السمعية البصرية يسرع في استيعاب الأداء الحركي ومهارات كرة السلة ومن بين أهم اقتراح أوتوصية مستقبلية نوصي بتوسيع استخدام الوسائل السمعية البصرية في شتى الرياضات والأصناف وإجراء دورات تكوينية للمدربين تتعلق بأهمية استعمال الوسائل السمعية البصرية في التدريب المهاري الحركي ا ولعمل على اقتراح برنامج تدريبي يهتم بالجانب البدني والتكتيكي لرياضة كرة السلة من خلال الاعتماد على الوسائل السمعيةالبصرية.
