Abstract

عنوان الدراسة: 19 سنة( - واقع الانتقاء الرياضي المطبق على لاعبي كرة القدم للفئات الشبانية ) 13 لفرق رابطة بسكرة الولائية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الواقع المر الذي تعيشه كرة القدم خاصة فيما يتعلق بانتقاء الفئات الشبانية التي تعاني من الإهمال والعشوائية. والغرض من الدراسة هو تقديم البديل والمتمثل في حلول علمية مقترحة من أجل القضاء على العشوائية المعتمدة من طرف المدربين أثناء قيامهم بانتقاء الرياضيين، منتهجا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي، وكانت العينة الخاصة بالاستبيان عينة قصديه شملت جميع مدربي الفئات الشبانية لنوادي رابطة بسكرة الولائية الذين يمتلكون شهادات تدريبية في اختصاص كرة القدم، وكان عددهم 36 مدرب، وذلك من أجل أخذ أرائهم ووجهات نظ رهم حول الموضوع واستفادة من إجاباتهم واقتراحاتهم البناءة في أغراض علمية بحتة، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة التي أجريت على بعض رؤساء الفرق محل الدراسة بغرض إثراء الموضوع وتدعيمه أكثر. وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات أن عملية الانتقاء الرياضي لفئات الشبانية في رياضة كرة القدم، تبنى على أسس عشوائية لا علاقة لها بالأسس العلمية الحديثة، هذا ما يجعل الرياضي في خطر التهميش مؤكد، إذ عدم الاعتماد على الأسس العلمية لهذه العملية يجعل فرصة نجاحها ضعيفة إن لم نقل معدومة. وعليه نوصي بضرورة أن يكون المدرب واعيا بأهمية عملية الانتقاء، وضرورة إجرائها، وكذلك الحرص على ضرورة إتباع أسس علمية مقننة، فهي تساعد على الظفر بأفضل اللاعبين الذين يمثلون الفريق أحسن تمثيل وعلى كافة المستويات. Title of the study: The reality of the selection of sports applicable to football players groups young people ( 13 - 19) Branch of the Association of Biskra state. The study aims to shed light on the realities of football in particular with regard to the selection groups of young men that suffer from neglect and indiscriminate. The purpose of the study is to provide alternative and scientific solutions proposed for the elimination of randomness adopted by coaches during the performance of their selected athletes, employing the descriptive method, the Sample Survey a sample poem included all the school groups, young people and clubs of the Association of Biskra state who possess certificates of training in the competence of the football, their number was 36 coachs, in order to take their opinions and their views about the project and benefit from their answers and constructive suggestions in the purely scientific purposes, in addition to the interview conducted on some of the heads of the group under study in order to enrich the topic and presented more. The most important conclusions that the process of picking sports groups of young people in the sport of soccer, building on the foundations of random unrelated to the merits of modern science, that's what makes sports in danger of being marginalized for sure, as not to rely on the scientific basis of this process makes the chances of success are weak if not non-existent. Therefore, we recommend that you need to be conscious of the importance of the selection process, and the need to make, as well as the need to follow the scientific grounds codified, it helps to back the best players who represent the team the best representation and at all levels.
