In the context of isolating Trichoderma strains and testing their antagonistic activity against Fusarium graminearum causing Fusarium wilt, soil samples are taken. Isolation carried out by the suspension-dilution method on two agar media PDA and TSM allowed to obtain 11 mold isolates. Morphological identification (microscopic and macroscopic) made it possible to determine the genus and even the species of some of the isolates. The antagonist activity tested by direct and indirect confrontation showed the antagonistic potential of our T. atroviride isolate against F. graminearum, with a percentage inhibition of the order of 0% and 68.33%. Demonstration of the hydrolytic activity of T. atroviride examined on selective media showed its ability to produce all the enzymes tested.
