Abstract: This workinvolveswith the influence of the bath temperature on the structural and opto-electricalproperties of SnO2 thin films with the addition of Zinc oxide by electroplating technique, in order to realizethisexperimentwe have preparedthreesampleswithdifferentdepositiontemperatures (25, 45, 65 ° C). For thisstudyseveralcharacterization techniques wereusedsuch as X-ray diffraction for determination of the films structure, the scanning electronmicroscopy SEM for the morphology of the surfaces, EDS spectroscopy for the chemical composition, UV-Visible spectroscopy for determination the opticalproprieties of thin films, the method of the four points made it possible to determine the electricalproperties, the electricalpropertiesweredetermined by the four-pointsmethod. It has been foundthat the morphological aspect of the layers has improvedwith the absence of defects and pores, the transmittance of the films varies between 67.8% and 74% in the visible range and the band gape varies between 3.4 to 3.6. eVwhen the temperatureincreases, the electricalcharacteristics show that the conductivityincreasesafter the addition of ZnO and that the best value isobserved at the temperature for 45 ° C was 133.51 (Ω.cm) -1 KEYWORDS :zinc oxide, SnO2, electrodeposition, temperatures, thinlayers
